We've begun feeding hay to our beef cows since the pasture is completely gone. We haven't had any rain, beyond a few hopeful drops, since late May and now we can't find any hay that hasn't doubled in price.
Anyone know of a source for good grassy, beef cow hay close to southwestern Wisconsin. I'll take a semi-load!
It's going to be a long, expensive winter!

I'd love to get more information about the hay around Juda - that is really close! I just sent a "friend request" so we can exchange information.
Comment by Matt on July 18, 2012 at 8:38pm There might be some located by Juda WI, if your interested. I am not sure how much he will charge, but I can get the number if you would like to call. I can ask if he has any left?
There hay in central MN out into the Dakota's.
