I'm an organic veggie farmer in Brant County near Hamilton, Ontario. I run a small CSA and market garden with a pair of draft horses. I'd like to meet people who are doing similar things. I hope to hear from a few people!

I just started a winter season (December to April) CSA in Redwood Valley on the North Coast of California. My partner Paula and I have about 4 acres and irrigation water for veg. I also run 70 ewes, a few cows, and turkeys and broilers in the summer. We are certified Stellar and are in transition to Demeter. We are on land leased from Golden Vineyards who are already Stellar/Demeter certified. We farm with tractors that run on biodiesel.

I don't currently own a farm but have been apprenticing for a little while on organic farms and CSAs. How big is your CSA? What kinds of crops do you grow, do you have any livestock?
