Our family pet, Popsicle, often enjoys cat-napping on our patio furniture and in my flower beds. Over the weekend, however, I discovered that she found a new spot to nap. When I went to my garden to see if any beans or peas were ready for picking, I found her “taking cover” from the sun in the shade provided by rows of legumes.
How cute! We have a garden/greenhouse cat that patrols our fields, named Wilbur. He's quite fierce, particularly if you are an unsuspecting gardener walking past some high rows. Ankles seem to be his great nemesis. ;-)

Wow, those beans look like they could yield well over 12 cats/acre. ;>)
