Hiring part time help

We have a small herd of about 35 cows, trying to increase it through our own replacements.  We manage graze around 140 acres of good pastures.  We calve Spring and Fall with the majority coming in the Spring.  My husband has recently had some health issues.  He's recovering and I expect him to be able to help some in the future, but he is 89.  I am much younger.  I would like to have a young person come in to our operation with the expectation of eventually taking over.  I discussed that with a…See More
