Tall waterhemp is probably our hardest weed to kill. We went back to pre emerge to help control it and it did work well in most places.
I am north of Mankato, MN and I have combined 500 acres of soybeans and they have been yielding all around 60 with my highest field average being 62 and our lowest 58 much better then last year when we were lucky to get 35 due to a late hail storm...
so you are looking for taller hybrids when you are planning next years crop.
