Matt Strelecki said… Good Morning Dr. Sekimpi,
I am the art director for Successful Farming magazine which owns agriculture.com and the Farmers For the Future website.
I learned of your name from Jeff Caldwell, who I also work with.
My daughter is presently in Uganda on a 3 week trip with Drake University (based in Iowa, USA) and is spending a number of days at Makerere University and I thought it would be nice if she could meet you and have a picture taken with you for all the people I work with at Successful Farming and Farmers of the Future.
Talking with farmers as far away as Uganda is not something we do very often here and it would be fun to have the connection with you like this since no one from our office will likely be in Uganda.
I will give her your email address and I hope you can find a few minutes for a picture with her. If I had known about you before she left, I would have made sure she got a Successful Farming shirt or hat to give to you.
Are you Patrick Sekimpi or Patrick Mukasa or do you go by both names?
Sincerely,
Matt Strelecki
