There's nothing better than farming

Hey, I'm Matt, I'm 18, and live in a small farming town in Michigan. My step-dad's family farms about 1200 acres and thats what really got me into it. I'm currently a student at Michigan State University majoring in Crop and Soil Sciences and minoring in Agribusiness Management. After I graduate, I plan on starting my own farm and getting big into crop production. But for now, i've started a small hog farm and have about 12 sows, and work part time on a dairy farm down the road. I also work for a farmer who farms over 6,000 acres growing soybeans for seed, along with corn and wheat.
