"There might be some located by Juda WI, if your interested. I am not sure how much he will charge, but I can get the number if you would like to call. I can ask if he has any left?  "

No Pasture Left in Southern Wisconsin

Posted on July 18, 2012 at 11:09am 6 Comments

We've begun feeding hay to our beef cows since the pasture is completely gone. We haven't had any rain, beyond a few hopeful drops, since late May and now we can't find any hay that hasn't doubled in price.

Anyone know of a source for good grassy, beef cow hay close to southwestern Wisconsin. I'll take a semi-load!

It's going to be a long, expensive winter!
