"With the exception of yield data most all other info is available via online plat books many even have acerage calculators and ldatinks to property owners and addresses we are in the information age. also yield data is usually available at your usda…"

A young neiboring farmer picked up advice from another out of state farmer which has yielded him acquiring farm leases at a viral rate. My brother and I, both young single farmers in our early 30's are now taking over where the previous generation is and trying to grow to support families. A young neiboring farmer picked up advice from another out of state farmer which has yielded him acquiring farm leases at a viral rate. My brother and I, both young single farmers in our early 30's are now taking over where the previous generation is and trying to grow to support families. Might anyone be willing to share this trick with us? It seems everywhere we go our neighbor has the same prospects sowed up while we struggle.
