"I have a 5 strand High-Tensile fence and the calves nor the cows have ever challenged it. Even if its off they dont try to get out. Only issue Ive ever had is trying to seperate a bull from cows in heat, I am not sure anything would be good enough…"

I am 23 years old from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I run a purebred Red Angus cattle company and custom hay operation. I also work fulltime as an EMT-B/Firefighter for Caroline County EMS and volunteer for my local fire company. I love farming and enjoy the lifestyle that it creates. I am hoping to obtain lots of new information and create a valuable network of associates.

I am a third generation dairy farmer in Kansas. My family sold out when I was young, my mom and I still have cattle in a few different states where we house them with our partners or with our fitter. We show holsteins and jerseys all over the mid-west and eastern US and sometimes in Canada. I work also on my fiances farm in Maryland when I am up their they also have holsteins and jerseys. On our farm we house alot of recipts, we have been flushing a couple of our cows and doing quite well on the fertility. Feel free to ask anything I am kind of new to this.
