I personally farm 400 acres of wheat, 600 acres of improved grass for baleing.  I have now 5 other farmers that i deal with as far as fertilizer and chemicals.  I am starting my a fertilizer business with Kugler Company.  So to answer your question I am a retailer.  I just watch try to get the best deal for my guys.  Conventional fertilizer is a BRUTAL market around here.  Our local COOPs have huge tanks that they store several train car loads at a time.  Sometimes I am cheaper sometimes I am higher.  I just started the business.  I have been using the bigger is better marketing strategy for 3 years now.  It's not saving alot of money but in this business every penny counts.  How far are you from Minot, ND?  My dad lives there.
