oh man, I didn't know that. that's rough. I guess that law will eventually make it over here to the east coast. how does that Jamesway spreader compare to a Houle of the same size? which would you prefer?

In Iowa we can not spread on frozen ground. It all has to be injected or disked in with in 24 hours of application. Also in Iowa flow meters are now law on new tanks sold in 2010.
