Anyone hear anything regarding the timing of the money starting to flow??? I know payments were to have started in November 2009 but I also was told that the NRCS offices still had not even started training on paperwork at that time. We got crushed by excessive rain and cool summer temps in 2008 - woke up at 42-degrees out on August 9th in NW Missouri!
