I have been milking cows since I was a kid all ways the same way I learned from the best I have been on my own for 4 years, and I work hard at it. my cell count stays bellow 100,000 and my pi and spc runs 2000-4000. well I got my check for aug and not only did they take my bonuses but I got a .25-cwt deduction. this cut my check from 1500.00 to 600.00. all because they say I put water in the milk BULL %^&* I never put water in the milk I made some changes to my feed mix to cut cost . removing cotton seed and hfp had a big effect on my bft and all I think that is what caused this crap. so be careful when making cut backs cause the dam milk co sure don't care to put the screws to us

I have customers chopping some 95-105 day corn that was planted 20th of April. 65% moisture, and looks pretty good. Tonnage seems good, but not sure of the quaility. Only time will tell. Our corn is still milky and probably a few weeks away depending on the weather. Our mycogen BMR looks like it is going to do great...seedway BMR not so good.
