I know there was a similar discussion eariler this year but I thought I would revist it. Anyone got a story about a good F*&^up that we all have done. Like for example wrap the combine auger around a light pole.

I was picking up round bales one evening, and I put two wagons behind the 'ol 2640, and went down to the field. I turned down the road and a county mounty pulls behind me. So I came to a big hill and went barrelin down it, I hit a pothole and I looked back and watched my second wagon take off with the pole flinging sod better than a plow through somebodys front yard and luckily the toungue luckily hit a tree, and came to a stop. The cop stops, and he and I pushed the wagon back onto the road, hooked it up, and we replaced the divots, and both of us took off and said nothing. Its nice to have the law on your side every now and again!

I hit the diesel barrel with the 1750 one time because it had an oil leak and I lost steering. I was pulling a full wagon of silage downhill so the brakes didn't stop me in time. There was diesel all over the tractor, talk about an expensive screwup.

BTW I think anyone who had a whoops moment needs to be nominated for the "Advocating for Agricutlure" award. And it's already set up:

www.agconnect.com/awards

How funny would it be if someone on here won the grand prize to Orlando...
