What are some of the challenges you face while drying? What percent moisture of grain are you running through your grain dryers? How are the dryers holding up?

getting the grain dry enought to store wile useing the least amount of gas. that is the bigest trick. we started out with corn in the high 20s 27-29%. some 30. we run a GSI 1226 on natral gas. right now we are doing mostly short season corn so the mostiure has has come down to the low 20s. when things are rolling we are getting around 10 ton an hour drying rate. things are going good right now. have about 250 acres left. storage space is getting real tight.
