Whats a job that i can ranch and still have more income coming in from a ag related job till i have enough to depend on ranching alone
Permalink Reply by Matt on I currently work at a retail store and farm part time. it tough to do, but manageable. If i were you I would find something that has to dow ith agriculture, maybe a local feed store or even a local crop farmer that you can help out and still manage your own ranch.. Just a thought
Permalink Reply by Tony Eickman on If I ever had extra time on my hands I would like to mechanic, blacksmith, or carpenter on the side. Something I would like to do again is set up another strip till bar. My brother splits massage therapy in Des Moines and back home full-time. And if he doesn't have appointments when he's back home he helps out on the farm. It's all about what you want to do and if your employer will be lenient enough to let you go for as long as you need at times.
