Farmers || Future

Hey does anybody have any good job service sites where you have been able to find employees for your farm?  We are looking for 2 more people to work for us for the past few months and have not had any luck.  We have had a few people apply but most of them are either not qualified, not willing to put in the required hours, or just not the right fit for our operation.  Or even is anybody on here interested in a job?  If you are leave a message on my wall or send me an email grossmanbr@gmail.com  We are in need of at least one more person before spring and with the luck we have been having I am afraid we will not have enough people this spring. If anybody has any ideas or is interested please let me know!

Kevin, the position has been filled however please send me your resume.  We have not yet decided if we want to open another position.  My email is grossmanbr@gmail.com

Thanks

Herman, the first posted link appears to be broken.  However, the second link worked.  I reviewed the site and my biggest concern, I want to ask you before i dig into it too deep, i noticed that it says worker for 6 days a week or 48 hours per week.  With that my issue is we rarely work just 48 hours per week.  Is that a standard rule or can we go above the 48 hour or 6 day limit?
Great!  Thanks!
