Got some exciting news yesterday evening: A panel discussion idea that I submitted to the South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive Media festival next March in Austin, TX, was added to the list of candidates. It's cool, but it's just the first step. 

So, I'd like to ask for a couple things from everybody here. First, go here and vote for our panel! 

Secondly, I'd really like to hear your thoughts on the subject. I'd love to have information from our community here to take to SXSW and integrate into the panel discussion. You all are, after all, the future of agriculture!

So, check it out, if you could. I think you have to create an account on the SXSW page, but once you do, you can go there and vote every day, so fill the ballot box for us! It would be a great honor to represent agriculture at this kind of event. Now is our chance to let the world know that today's farmers are some of the most technology-savvy people out there!
