Hi everyone, i've been having a problem with my 567 john deere bailer for a couple of years now everything seams to be working fine but about every 4 or 5 bails there seams to be a build up of alfalfa leaves, and finer hay dust just behind the pickup where the gate shuts causing the gate not to latch properly, leaving me to have to get out and clean it off.  i was wandering if anyone else has had the same problem and has any ideas on fixing it.

we have the same trouble with our 457 but not as frequent the only thing you can do is if its a bigger bale is manualy hit wrap and wrap the net or twine on it or eject whats in there and roll it back out and re bale it but i have been able to slam on the brakes and get it to lock a time or two that way
